Delete your DREMDAR account

You can delete your account and all data linked to it at any time. This cannot be undone.

1. In the game (fastest)

1. Open the account menu in the game.
2. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
3. The account and all progress are deleted immediately.

Enter the login and the e-mail linked to the account. We will send a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. If no e-mail is linked, delete the account from the game.

What is deleted

• Account, login, e-mail and password.
• Character, progress, inventory, crystals and gold.
• Battle history, chat messages, House membership.

What is kept

• Purchase records held by Apple and Google under their own rules; we have no access to them.
• Server logs not linked to the account, for up to 30 days.
